Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons on our products any items being returned must be in the original/unopened packaging.

If you have received wrong items they must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. We will not refund any items that have been opened or worn and all seal's should be intact.

Received the wrong item:
If you have received the wrong items you have 14 days from receiving your package to contact us, please email us a photograph of the items you have received along with name & order number to contact@rurucosmetics.co.uk
Broken, Damaged or Faulty:
If there is any damage to your items please send photographs of the damage along with name & order number to contact@rurucosmetics.co.uk
please be aware that all orders are carefully checked and packaged before shipping.
 
If you do receive damaged goods you have 7 days from receiving your parcel to contact us about a return and replace.
Order arrived late:
All orders have a reference number assigned to them which will be sent to you via email upon shipping. Once we have shipped a package, we have no control over any delays that may occur with the shipping provider.

Please note: All products are quality checked before leaving our warehouse. If you do not receive your package you must contact the shipping company using the tracking number provided, as we have no control once we hand it over.
