Failed Deliveries
*Repeated failed delivery attempts to the same address may result in a marker being added to the account, and no further orders will be shipped to that address.*

Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to arrive.

Evri Standard
Please allow up to 2-4 working days for your order to arrive.

Royal Mail 24hr tracked 
Usually delivered the next working day if orders are placed by 12pm.

All orders have a tracking number assigned to them.


Liverpool UK free delivery

We offer free next day delivery to all Liverpool postcodes, for orders placed before 6pm. 
We do not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays, orders placed during these times will be delivered the next working day.

International tracked
Depending on location please allow 5-7 working days for your order to arrive. All international orders are tracked and your unique reference will be sent via email once your package has been shipped.

* Please be aware custom charges may apply, unfortunately this is out of our control. If you do not want to pay customs & your parcel gets returned, we can refund you the amount for the products. However shipping will not be refunded.

UK Bank Holidays:
If you place an order during a Bank holiday, your parcel will be sent the next working day.
Example - if the bank holiday is a Monday, your parcel will be sent out on the Tuesday.

Please note that delivery times are from the date and time your order is shipped.

Orders made by 1pm will be shipped the same working day.
Orders after 1pm will be sent out the next working day.

orders made on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the next working day.
Once a parcel has been shipped RuRu Cosmetics has no control over the delivery so please allow the full estimated delivery time before contacting us. If your parcel is marked as delivered on the tracking number but you have not received it, you need to open a dispute with the shipping company using the tracking number provided.
For unfortunate events like bad weather ect. parcels may take a little longer to be delivered.

*Please* make sure that delivery information is correct, we accept no liability if we are given the wrong delivery address and you do not receive your order.
All orders will be shipped once a payment has cleared.
